SETH HENRY, Founder and President

Seth founded Arcadia Solutions in 2002 and has guided its vision and growth over the past decade. He has an extensive background in building and growing consulting organizations in the healthcare, technology, and financial services industries, including C Bridge, Akibia, Watch Hill Partners, and Onewave. Seth is a graduate of Union College and Cornell University.

ERIC ZERNEKE, Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Eric brings more than 18 years of sales, marketing, and business development experience in the technology product and services industries. He is a former co-founder of NetNumina Solutions and has held leadership positions at MomentumSI, MW2 Consulting, Service Integrity, and Inktomi. Eric is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin and the University of Minnesota.

ANDREW PRINCIPE, Vice President of Healthcare Solutions

Andrew Principe has 11 years of experience in clinical Health IT settings. Prior to Arcadia Solutions, he served as Associate Director of Clinical Computing at Boston’s prestigious Joslin Clinic. At Joslin, he managed its system-wide electronic health record (EHR) implementation. Andrew also has experience enhancing clinical computing infrastructure, enabling health information exchange (HIE) across key partners, and applying Medical Home concepts to care settings. He is a graduate of Cornell University.

MIKE DETJEN, Vice President of Provider Solutions

Mike oversees healthcare provider accounts with responsibility for both revenue and operational P&L. He has more than 20 years of experience selling and delivering large scale complex solutions across various industries. Prior to Arcadia Solutions, Mike worked at Sapient and American Management Systems where he was accountable for building and growing consulting clients and businesses across the healthcare, financial, and educational services industries.  He is a graduate of Virginia Tech.

STEPHEN BENNETT, Vice President of Infrastructure and Managed Services

Steve has more than 20 years of technology experience in the healthcare, financial, and academic industries. He has held several senior positions at technology firms prior to co-founding Concordant, Inc., an ambulatory eHealth services firm, in 1999. Steve has crafted innovative solutions in virtualization, cloud computing, healthcare data security, and EHR implementation and support. He is a graduate of Babson College.

MICHAEL GLEESON, Vice President of Health System Performance Management

Michael is responsible for Arcadia’s cost-savings and quality improvement solutions. His healthcare consulting experience includes architecting and overseeing large-scale, multi-vendor Health IT projects with budgets over $100 million. He has a detailed understanding of the nuances in integrating data and technology in a healthcare environment and how those changes can affect the patient and provider experience. Michael is also the chief author of Arcadia’s methodology for integrating clinical and claims data to support data-driven medical home projects, shared-savings payment models, and accountable care initiatives. He holds a Bacehlor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Tufts University.

JACOB GOLDSTEIN, Vice President of Ambulatory Programs

Jacob Goldstein has more than eight years of experience working with healthcare providers of all types to leverage EHRs and other forms of Health IT. He has extensive strategy development and field experience with EHR implementations and optimizations that drive clinical transformation and achieve maximum federal incentives under Meaningful Use, Patient-Centered Care and Accountable Care demonstration project requirements. As the chief author of Arcadia Solutions’ EHR implementation methodology, Jacob’s field and strategy expertise includes Allscripts, NextGen, eClinicalWorks, and GE Centricity applications. He is a graduate of Carleton College in Northfield, Minn. 

GILLIAN DANIEL, Vice President of Operations

Gillian has 13 years of consulting experience and was privileged to be one of the very first Arcadia Solutions employees. She is currently accountable for all operations within Arcadia. Gillian has played multiple roles within the company during her tenure, including leading multi-million dollar technology implementations for Fortune 50/500 customers and managing a Practice P&L. She has also worked for DiaLogos, a management consulting company. Gillian holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science from Cornell University.

KEVIN SCHWARTZ, Vice President of Administration and Finance

Kevin has more than 20 years of experience building and managing financial, legal, sales, and administrative functions in high growth and start-up companies. Prior to joining Arcadia Solutions, he was Vice President of Field Operations at Concordant, Inc. He also has held senior positions at Cambridge Technology Partners, Breakaway Solutions, auctionPAL, and was a co-founder of E5 Systems. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a Minor in Computer Science from Plymouth State University.
