Origins
Arcadia was founded outside of Boston in 2002 by its president,
Seth Henry.
Originally a boutique consulting firm that worked in incentive compensation services,
Arcadia developed an early reputation for driving business value through strategic,
data-driven IT solutions.
Over the past decade, Arcadia has taken this strategy and evolved into a national,
multi-faceted consultancy with practices in incentive compensation solutions and
various segments of the healthcare industry. We work with health insurance plans,
large hospital networks, community health clinics, primary care associations and
other care providers to improve their businesses through creative and intelligent
IT solutions.
Arcadia was acquired in 2007 by Minneapolis-based
Marquette Technnology Companies and its parent company, the Pohlad Family
of Companies — a multi-billion-dollar organization headed and owned by the Pohlad
family of Minnesota. Other interests of the Pohlad Family of Companies include technology
services companies, financial services and banking firms, The Minnesota Twins professional
baseball organization, construction companies, automobile dealerships, and more.
