The Arcadia Analytics web platform is built with multiple use cases in mind — that of executive leaders to identify the strategies to meet the Triple Aim, and the in-the-trenches providers bringing those strategies to life with actionable cohorts and individual patients.

ACO CARE MANAGERS

Responsible for engaging chronically ill patients across facilities in an ACO. Build and manage registries, use phone/mail/messaging to engage patients, build care plans, educate, and coordinate care across providers.

FINANCE ANALYSTS

Responsible for finding opportunities to improve contract reimbursement, steer volume, plan network growth and/or optimization.

CLINICAL SUPPORT STAFF

USER MANAGEMENT

The Web Platform (and all the layers beneath it) have robust controls to segment access to confidential and private data.

Authentication

  • Single Sign-on:
    • Natively consumes SAML tokens for authorization
    • Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) to provide connectivity
    • Support a range of proprietary and open-source identity management frameworks
  • Application Level Authentication:
    • Account creation by administrators
    • Password requirements/expirations
    • IP Address Restriction

Application Access

  • User Groups:
    • Users are organized into groups where they inherit the permissions of their group manager
    • The group manager can further restrict privileges but cannot elevate privileges
  • Report Access:
    • Control specifically what reports a user has access to
    • Used to disallow access to specific PHI

Data Access

  • Plan/Clinical:
    • Plan: Users are restricted to only viewing patients for who are active on a specific contract
    • Clinical: Users are restricted to only viewing patients for whom a clinical record (in EHR) is maintained
  • Location/Provider:
    • Users restricted to only viewing patients who are attributed to that location or provider based on selection
  • Inheritance
    • Permissions inherited from user group or defined explicitly by manager
