on three levels.

performance within an EHR implementation
- Diagnostics Insight — Provides aggregation, quality measures and real-time
insight over a defined assessment period for larger organizations, especially those
who may utilize more than one instance or version of an EHR product.
- Diagnostics Analytics — Provides a comprehensive quality and intelligence
platform for reporting key performance indicators throughout single or many EHR
instances and products.
Arcadia provides its clients with a Diagnostics Report identifying the performance
on each analyzed metric within the EHR system, a Roadmap to Success, identification of
areas for potential improvement, and near-term and long-term recommendations to rejuvenate
an incomplete or stalled EHR implementation. The Insight and Analytics services
provide real-time Dashboards and Reports that identify performance on additional metrics
tailored to the client’s specific needs and requirements.
